A weapons specialist has designed a suit of armor that can shrug off most weaponry. He's invited to shot it off (for this prototype only works for him) at an investor's meeting. Meanwhile, Punisher, Microchip and Mickey Fondozzi work to find out why big name criminal elements are appearing far out of their territory. Looks like these investors aren't the ones the specialist expected.

In a backup story, Frank Castle pursues the man that was on lookout the day his family wandered into a Mob confrontation and got slaughtered.
